This spectacular house is located in the middle of the Majorcan countryside and is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing during your holiday stay. The exteriors of this wonderful 21,000 m2 estate are dominated by the fabulous private salt pool that has a size of 9 x 4 meters and a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters. Around it we find 8 hammocks where we can sunbathe or enjoy the shade of the trees, accompanied by an area with a table where we can have breakfast in the middle of nature. The house is surrounded by a beautiful porch with wooden beams and a traditional style where we can have coffee on the sofa and armchairs, or have lunch or dinner outdoors while cooking on the attached barbecue. We also find a ping pong table to hold tournaments with family or friends. The plot is fenced and privacy is total. The 250 m2 house on the outside presents a Mallorcan style of stone and wood, and this style is perpetuated through its two floors inside. On the ground floor is the living room, which is spacious, bright and cozy, with comfortable sofas on which to watch satellite TV, while we cool off with the air conditioning or warm up with the wood stove. In it, we find a rustic-style dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is independent. It has a ceramic hob and all the necessary tools to cook our best dishes, and direct access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor we find two of the bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub to serve this floor. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning. The floor is completed with a third full bathroom with a bathtub. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And there is also a cot and high chair available in case you are traveling with a baby. The house is located 2.5 km from Santa Maria del Cami, an area known for its numerous wineries and wines. In the town you will find all the basic services for an independent stay as well as a gastronomic offer where you can taste traditional Mallorcan cuisine. On Sundays, the market is also held in the town square where you can buy vegetables and fruits from the farmers in the area. The closest beach is Playa de Palma, just 15 km away. The towns of the Sierra de Tramuntana are also nearby, and you cannot miss a visit to Soller, Deià and Valldemossa. The open fireplace in the living room is decorative.
