Start the day by gathering strength with a good breakfast on the apartment's terrace while contemplating the views of the pool. They have the possibility of taking a relaxing bath in the communal chlorine pool. It has dimensions of 20 x 7 m and a depth of 1.50 m, in addition to an adjacent children's pool 2 m in diameter and 0.5 m deep.

This 2nd floor with elevator is nice and cozy and has ducted air conditioning. It welcomes you with a comfortable living-dining room where you can watch TV, chat or eat together. The kitchen, very neat and independent, offers a ceramic hob and the necessary utensils for cooking. There is an iron, washing machine and ironing board. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Additional seats are accommodated on the sofa bed. And if you come accompanied by the youngest member of the family, there is availability for a crib and a high chair.

The surroundings of the house are fantastic. Enjoy the familiar and quiet beach of fine sand that is just 1 km from the apartment. You can visit the town of Oliva, the Thursday market, its beautiful old town from the medieval era and the Moorish neighborhood of the suburb with its traditional festivals. In the surroundings you have the Marjal Natural Park and the Font Salada, a water source where you can bathe.

Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.
