Located very close to the sea, this spacious house is ideal for those looking for a coastal getaway with all the amenities. The exteriors of the house are prepared to enjoy afternoons relaxing outdoors thanks to the porch furnished with armchairs and a sofa. There is also a barbecue ready to use and prepare delicious meals to eat outdoors. They have an outdoor shower perfect for returning after spending the day on the nearby beaches. Entering the rustic interior distributed over two floors, you will find the spacious double-height living-dining room. In the living room there is a sofa along with 4 armchairs, perfect for all the guests to enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV. At meal time, they have the dining area where they can eat the delicious dishes cooked in the ceramic vitro kitchen, equipped with all the utensils necessary for the stay. The first floor ends with a bedroom with two single beds equipped with a wardrobe and air conditioning, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, we will reach the second floor where the three remaining bedrooms of the house are, two of them with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning to make your stay more refreshing in summer. Finally, a last full bathroom with a bathtub serves this second floor. The house has a washing machine and, if you travel with babies, you will have a crib and high chair. Marina Manresa offers a privileged location since, just 500 meters away, you will find Es Morer Vermell beach, a perfect beach for swimming and sunbathing in the Mediterranean sun. If you want to make a tourist visit, the town of Alcudia is ideal since it is located just 3 kilometers away. There you will find a variety of points of interest to visit such as the walls that surround the town along with a large catalog of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy the rich local cuisine.
