You can access it from the building's garden and enjoy the sun on the sand or in the rental hammocks and a good swim among crystal clear waters. The interior of the apartment overflows with pure luxury and modernity, as well as a lot of spaciousness in all its rooms, especially in an impressive kitchen-living-dining room. This space becomes a very functional place so they can chat or watch satellite television while eating or cooking. The kitchen area offers an induction hob on a fantastic island with stools, as well as an oven, microwave and much more. The laundry room is separate and offers a washing machine, ironing board and iron. A beautiful hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with a wardrobe, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom also with a shower, and another two with two single beds. There is availability for a crib and a high chair in any of them. As for acclimatization, the entire house has ducted air conditioning.
This accommodation is located in an unbeatable area, not only because it is in front of the beach, but because it is a very lively area full of services, especially in summer. They have at their disposal all kinds of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, clothing stores, souvenir shops, bus and taxi stops, pharmacies, etc. And this is during the day because at night there is a wide variety of places where you can have fun having a drink. For more historical visits, we recommend visiting the old town of Alcúdia and its traditional market on Tuesdays and Sundays, or a visit to the emblematic Formentor Lighthouse!
