The main terrace is the perfect place to have a drink at sunset with your loved ones, listening to the sound of the waves and admiring the blue of the sea. Behind the house, in the large patio with barbecue, you can sunbathe and enjoy lunch and dinner with greater privacy. The large indoor pool (not heated) is undoubtedly one of the best attractions of the house. Here you can cool off just around the beach, in the 11 x 4 meters of water, with a depth of 1.5 meters.

The 3-story house has been decorated and equipped in detail. The large dining room with TV-sat is a continuation of the main terrace, with incredible views of the sea and lots of light. The same light that reaches the kitchen thanks to the glass wall and which is equipped with an induction cooker. Also in the kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, 2 with a shower and one with a bathtub. The last bedroom occupies the entire second floor. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower, dressing room, and a wonderful living area with the possibility of opening to the outside from where you can continue admiring the views. The house has oil central heating for the winter months and a cot and high chair are available.

Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet and familiar destination so rest is guaranteed. There are some supermarkets and restaurants and in the nearby Can Picafort you will find a greater range of services and a great summer atmosphere. The beach is made of sand, rocks and posidonia with shallow waters, ideal for the little ones in the house. We recommend visiting the towns of Alcúdia and Pollensa as well as Playa de Muro or Alcanada. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 2 parking spaces in the garage.
