The peaceful surroundings of this house will make you forget about the hustle and bustle of daily life. The music of the countryside and nature will accompany you as you start the day with a delicious breakfast under the porch. Afterwards, a long day at the pool is in order, enjoying the atmosphere and the company of your loved ones. The pool is chlorine and measures 10 x 4 m while the depth ranges from 1.5 to 1.6 m. After the refreshing dip, the best plan is to spend a relaxing time in the pool's jacuzzi. If you feel like sunbathing, the property offers 8 sun loungers for this. Finally, end the day enjoying some succulent vegetables and meats cooked on the gas barbecue. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors around.
The house has a single floor with a modern yet rustic style, which runs on solar energy. When you enter, a large living-dining room welcomes you and is perfect for your gatherings with family or friends. You can relax on the sofa or in the armchairs while watching satellite television, reading or listening to music. It also includes a fireplace, perfect for staying warm when it's cold outside. The modern kitchen has a large island with two stools, stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave and gas hob, among others, and also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, our guests will find three bedrooms, one with a small double bed and two with two single beds, and all with a wardrobe and a fan. We can prepare a crib and a high chair if you travel with your baby. And finally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the second with a separate whirlpool bathtub and shower.
The farm is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of ArtÃ, about 3.2 km. Therefore, in addition to being able to enjoy nature and tranquility, you will also have all the necessary public and commercial services nearby, such as supermarkets, traditional bars and restaurants to try our delicious cuisine and not have to cook so much at home. In addition, you will quickly and easily reach the beaches of Levante such as Costa des Pins, which is the closest at about 11.5 km, and dreamlike virgin coves. You can also try playing golf since the closest course, Capdepera, is just 8.3 km away.
The jacuzzi is cold water, it cannot be heated. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
