Start the day by gathering strength with a good breakfast on the terrace of the apartment while you contemplate the sea and you are already getting the idea of ​​the wonderful day at the beach that you are going to spend. In fact, it will be even better knowing that you only have to grab a towel, a cool drink, something to snack on and walk just 5 minutes, since the beach is about 300 m away. Of course, always before or after if you prefer, you have the possibility of taking a relaxing bath in the community chlorine pool. It has dimensions of 14 x 5.5 m and a depth of between 1.1 and 1.8 m, in addition to an adjacent children's pool measuring 5 x 2.5 m and 0.5 m deep.

This 2nd floor with elevator is spacious, beautiful and cozy. It welcomes you with a comfortable living-dining room equipped with two fans where you can watch TV, listen to some music, chat or eat together while observing the seascape. The kitchen, very neat and independent, offers a ceramic hob, oven and the necessary utensils for cooking. Next they have the laundry room equipped with an iron, washing machine and ironing board. There is a bathroom in the house that has a shower, as well as two bedrooms with two single beds and a closet each. If a fifth guest is staying, we will prepare the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has 2 column fans. And if you come accompanied by the youngest member of the family, there is availability for a crib and a high chair.

The Daimuz Beach area is ideal as it manages to provide tranquility, peace and warmth as well as activity and joy. This is achieved thanks to the calm and warm essence of a beach place combined with the bustle and fun of a place that is full of life, especially in summer. Its sandy beach is especially chosen for being quite family-friendly. This area also offers all the necessary services so that you do not lack anything, such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

The pool is available from June 1 to September 30, with hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
