In the middle of nature, but also a few kilometres from the beach of Can Picafort, one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of Mallorca, you will find this beautiful villa with a pool and ping pong table. The swimming pool (10m x 3m) with salt water takes centre stage, surrounded by green areas with lawn, 5 sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfect for sunbathing and a refreshing swim on hot summer days. In addition, at the entrance of the house, there is a covered terrace, with a great barbecue and table for outdoor meals, and the fantastic ping pong table. This impressive typical Mallorcan stone-walled house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in a quiet and peaceful setting, surrounded by olive groves and almond blossom fields. The interior is decorated in a rustic and cosy style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The structure of the house ensures that there is always a good temperature, although if you need it, there are 3 fans at your disposal. The plot is completely fenced with private parking. In addition, you will find both bath and pool towels. The owners of the finca are committed to sustainable tourism, so they have installed solar panels for their electricity consumption and recycle 100% of the waste. Furthermore, the finca is located in Santa Margalida, a quiet village, just 10 minutes' drive from Can Picafort, a lively coastal town with a stunning white sandy beach and crystal clear waters, as well as a wide variety of services, shops and leisure options.
