There will be no better way to start your day than having breakfast on the terrace of the house while contemplating the extensive community gardens. This area is also ideal for eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which is located on the ground floor, is designed to provide you with the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV, satellite channels and direct access to the terrace, is ideal for extending the evenings. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you need to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping, they have two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the property. There is a fan at your disposal. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The accommodation is located near the small coastal town of Porto Petro (SantanyÃ). Specifically, it is located in Barca Trencada, a privileged place for lovers of paradisiacal beaches. In fact, you can walk to 5 beautiful virgin beaches, the first just 25 meters away, and the Mondragó Natural Park. This is really an ideal place to enjoy the most authentic and natural Mallorca. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
