With its tranquil surroundings and modern amenities, this country house is the perfect destination for an unforgettable vacation with friends or family. Outside you can enjoy a dip in the 4mx3m elevated chlorine pool with a depth of 1.24m. You will also find several outdoor seating areas scattered throughout the garden ideal for enjoying a quiet read or a relaxed chat with your companions.
Distributed over two floors, on the ground floor you are welcomed by a bright living-dining room with Smart TV and air conditioning. The space opens to a modern induction kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably and prepare delicious meals. They have at your disposal a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the -1 floor there are two cozy bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and the other a bunk bed with two single beds and a separate double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub completes your stay. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
The natural environment surrounding the house offers numerous opportunities to explore the beauty of the region, whether taking walks through the forest, hiking the nearby trails or simply enjoying the peace and tranquility. Just 25 minutes by car you can get to the center of Malaga exploring emblematic places such as the Alcazaba, the Cathedral of Malaga and the Roman Theatre. If you want to get closer to see the sea, Playa del Palo is just 10 minutes away by car and it is an urban beach with dark sand located between Pedregalejo beach and Chanquete beach, in the old fishing neighborhood of El Palo. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.
