The apartment has two terraces, one at the front and one at the back of the property, both furnished with two sunbeds and a table for 4 people, to enjoy the good weather in Majorca and to be able to live outdoors. Furthermore, it belongs to a complex with a big community swimming pool with a trampoline and a lot of garden area. The swimming pool is open from March to November. In the house you will find both bath and pool towels. The house has a spacious living-dining room with a lot of light, because it has direct access to one of the terraces. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, making it a very cosy house. There are also two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with direct access to the second terrace, and a bathroom. Without a doubt, Avus is a perfect choice for an amazing holiday in the north of Mallorca without the need to rent a car, as good bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets can be found in the streets nearby.
