You can cool off in the beautiful 5 x 2.5 meter salt pool with a depth of 1.40 meters. After swimming, enjoy the Mallorcan sun on one of the sun loungers or protect yourself from the sun under the parasol. Part of the garden is covered with artificial grass and there are also many trees such as orange trees, a lemon tree, a fig tree, etc. You can have lunch or dinner under the wonderful furnished porch with capacity for up to 8 people, where you can taste incredible grilled meats and vegetables. There is a second porch where you can disconnect and relax reading a book or contemplating the starry sky, or simply cook on the barbecue in company. One of the porches is very sunny while the other provides shade all day long. The property is fenced, there are direct neighbors and privacy is partial.

The 200 m2 house is distributed entirely on one floor, with a very comfortable modern and bright style. The bright living room has access to the two porches. It has a comfortable chaise longue where we can watch satellite TV while we cool off with the air conditioning. The dining table has capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is also very spacious, gas-powered and fully equipped. It also has an office table for breakfast or for cooking together. It also has access to the porch. There are three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds, and like the dining room, they also have A/C. One of them has another en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a second bathroom with a shower to serve the rest of the house. In the house you will find a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with a baby. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Sa Rápita is located in a coastal enclave of singular beauty since very close we have the wonderful beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Rápita. In sa Rápita we will find all the basic services as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, but it is very well connected to Palma and its Airport. You can pay a visit to ses Salines d'Es Trenc or Botanicactus. Or take a boat trip to the Cabrera archipelago, an hour's sail from the island. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
