The communal chlorine pool is perfect for cooling off after a day of golf or at the beach. It measures 16 x 8 meters and its depth ranges between 1 and 2.1 meters. It also has an area of 6x6 meters and a depth of 0.4 meters so that the little ones can also enjoy the water. The apartment has a fantastic terrace where you can have lunch and dinner in the fresh air with views of the sea in the distance.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and has a practical and cozy style, with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The living room is equipped with TV-sat, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Next you have the kitchen with a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and ceiling fan and the second with two single beds, ceiling fan and TV. The bathroom in the house has a shower. Finally, we can offer you a crib and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.
The complex of this apartment is located in the residential, familiar and quiet area of Calahonda (Mijas) and offers beautiful views of the sea on the horizon. The La Siesta golf course is just 600 meters away and Calahonda beach is 2.2 km away, although you can visit other nearby beaches such as Playa Cabopino or Playa Riviera.
You can park a vehicle inside the residential area but space is not guaranteed. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
