This elegant house with a garden and salz pool is situated in a small residential area only 1 kilometre from the white sand and crystal clear waters of Alcudia Beach. In the lawned garden you will find sun loungers to relax by the saltwater pool (7m x 3.5m) while sunbathing. There is space for 8 people on the large covered terrace with a barbecue for enjoying alfresco meals with family or friends. The house is strategically designed and oriented towards the pool, so that most of the rooms have views or direct access to it. In the house you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with TV and air conditioning, and 4 bedrooms spread over two floors. In addition to a toilet, the ground floor has a bedroom with its own bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor, two of which have a balcony. In addition, apart from a guest toilet there is also a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The area is ideal for families and trips with friends, as well-known restaurants as supermarkets and shops are only a few minutes' walk away, without the need to use a car. The house has private parking.
