We are located in Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Cavtat promenade and a 25-minute ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town.

they are open each day from 09 AM until 0 7PM..
- Gym is open from 08 AM - 08 PM.
- Sauna is open from 06 PM until 00 AM.

Overlooking the Adriatic sea this one-bedroom apartment with furnished balcony is perfectly fit for up to three people. Free WIFI, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD are provided. The open space living room comes with a sofa and it is combined with the equipped kitchenette and dining area. The bedroom features a large double bed while the private bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and free toiletries.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The property is located only a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy nature and long sunset walks. The bus stop (Cavtat - Dubrovnik) is 150 meters away with buses passing by frequently.
Dubrovnik Airport is 5 km away, while the nearest bus stop is located only 150m from the property (with buses passing by frequently).

Wonderful new apartments in a great location - 600 metres from the Cavtat Marina where you can take a boat to Dubrovnik or enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops, Luka is the perfect host! He is friendly and helpful ensuring that his guests are well looked after, Without hesitation, I would recommend Villa Luka's!
Very happy with my stay at Villa Luca's, The apartments are very clean &, well designed, The view of the water was an unexpected surprise, Luca is super friendly host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay, Luca can arrange transport into Dubrovnik, so I would highly recommend staying at Luca's apartment, The pretty town of Cavtat is just a short stroll away,
These new apartments were spotlessly clean and bright, The king sized bed was very comfortable and the small kitchenette had everything you would need to prepare breakfast or lunch, The air conditioning and shutters were a welcome respite from the sun and heat and the balcony with sea view was a favourite of mine! We were lucky that during our stay there wasn't too many kids around and the small pool and bathing area was peaceful and relaxing, Luka was a most generous host and we are sure that this new venture will be a very successful one for him and his talented beautiful wife,
Value for money, highly recomended! The place has everything a family or a couple need and it's standard is very high, The house is completely new and it is not placed directly on the road but on a nice and relaxing place,
The apartments are brand new with modern furnishings, The room was well equipped for our family of 4 and the teens appreciated the fast wifi, The owners are very helpful, they suggested a restaurant that was the best meal we had in Croatia, They answered all our questions about the area, The pool area as well maintained and there is also an exercise room with kettle bells and cardio equipment, This is a great place to stay away from the crowds of Dubrovnik,
We had an amazing time staying here, A perfect clean room with everything you could need, The staff were very helpful &, friendly, good shop nearby and great local bus service for easy access to Dubrovnik, Would definitely recommend, already planning our next trip,
