The beauty and privacy of this estate are absolute. The garden certainly looks like something out of a magazine with a fascinating stone construction, green lawns and views of the countryside and mountains surrounding a beautiful 7 m x 3.5 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1 to 1.45 m. Next to it, a simple pergola with 8 sun loungers and a furnished porch for eating invite you to enjoy the hot temperatures. A second terrace, covered with reeds, has a table with two sides, ideal for having an early breakfast or simply reading a book in peace.
Upon entering, you will find a large living room, with satellite television and a decorative wood stove, where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the island. Then, you make your way to the separate dining room and the kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and a table with chairs also for eating or enjoying an aperitif. The laundry room offers iron, washing machine and ironing board. On this same floor, they have a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and space for a cot/high chair. Going up the stairs, you access another bathroom with a bathtub and three more bedrooms, two with a closet and another with a dressing room. One has two single beds, another with a double bed and the last with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a sunny furnished terrace.
Located 3 km from Manacor, it is a truly privileged place. This small town is known for its pearl factory and numerous high-quality furniture stores. In the center you can do some shopping and try our Mallorcan food in the excellent restaurants. If you feel like walking and taking long walks, you have the charming Vía Verda path, widely traveled by hikers and cyclists. As for the beaches, the closest is S'Illot, 20.3 km away, although we recommend visiting the paradisiacal coves of Cala Magrana, Cala Romántica or Cala Mendia.
