For those who are passionate about the warm climate, the sea and continuous entertainment, this excellent residential area will become a dream place to enjoy your vacation, as it is located only 600 m from the beach and has several saltwater swimming pools, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a gym, a sauna and even an area to prepare barbecues! One of the pools is outdoor, measuring 24 m in diameter, ranging from 0.90 m to 2 m deep, and connects with a children's pool 14 m in diameter and 0.35 m to 0.90 m deep. In addition there is a heated pool measuring 8 m x 5 m and a depth of 1.50 m. In the garden, surrounded by grass, you can lie down in the sun or play with the children.

The apartment, decorated with a modern style and very good taste, has a terrace with views of the mountains, equipped with a table and chairs so that our guests can start the day with energy by having a delicious breakfast before deciding whether to play some sports, go to the beach or spend the day at the pool. Inside, the living-dining room equipped with AC and radiator invites you to relax on the sofa watching the Smart TV or a DVD movie, or reading a book. The independent kitchen with ceramic hob has large countertops for cooking to your heart's content and leads to the laundry room where there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms. Your rest is essential, so you have at your disposal two bedrooms with wardrobes, very comfortable and spacious. One is with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, a single bed and an air heater on the wall. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.

Playa de Gandía is a true paradise thanks to its good location, good weather and its large stretch of coastline with fine white sand and clean waters. We recommend visiting Platja del Nord or Platja de L'Ahuir. Sunday afternoons are for going to the traditional market. If you like to contemplate nature, be sure to visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that nourish the Gandía marsh. Its fresh waters come from the nearby mountains and emerge from the underground located next to the Alquería del Duc.

The outdoor pool is open from June 1 to September 30.
The air-conditioned one opens from October 1 to May 31.
Tennis, paddle tennis, gym and barbecue facilities are free. The sauna is paid and works with coins. Its hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Free wifi in the pool. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
